You are formally invited to submit a bid on the property listed in Sale 0144-S0107A. Colsa Corporation will conduct an Informal Bid Sale to dispose of this property, under the direction of the Defense Contract Management Agency and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.245-1(j) and FAR 45.6.
The property is offered as One Lot, "as is - where is" in various states of condition. This has not been verified. See attachment for a list of property descriptions, quantity, and acquisition costs. You are strongly encouraged to inspect the property for description, condition, and quantity. If you cannot remove the property within ten (10) business days the next highest bidder will receive the award.
Bids will be accepted during the following:

The Sale will be in accordance with the Mandatory Terms and Conditions for Informal Bid Sales (attached). Award will be subject to Government approval. Delivery of the property will occur at 1002 Oster Drive, Huntsville, AL 35816 and removal will be at the purchaser's expense and must take place within ten business days of award. The full purchase price shall be paid by certified bank check made out to the "U.S. Treasury" or via online payment through pay.gov with debit/credit card.
