You are formally invited to submit a bid on the property listed in Sale 0123-S0107A.  Northrop Grumman Corporation will conduct an Informal Bid Sale to dispose of this property, under the direction of the Defense Contract Management Agency and in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.245-1(j)

The property is offered as One Lot, "as is - where is" in salvage, unusable condition.  See attachment for a list of property descriptions, quantity, and acquisition costs. All hard drives have been removed and/or wiped.  You are strongly encouraged to inspect the property for condition and quantity.

NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

You are encouraged to inspect the property during the bid period. Delivery of the property will occur at 351 ELECTRONICS BLVD, HUNTSVILLE, AL 35824 and removal will be at the purchaser's expense and must take place within ten business days of award.  The full purchase price shall be paid by certified bank check made out to the "U.S. Treasury."
