The U.S. Army RDECOM Acquisition Center intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with L3 Communications, Titian Group, 500 Edgewood Rd., Suite 200, Edgewood MD 21040. The contractor shall provide Line Art Illustrations from Govern ment furnished digital photographs. Illustrations shall be prepared in accordance with MIL-STD-40051-2, 12 May 2006. The contractor prepared the illustrations for the original Technical Manual. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 541990 with a size standard of $6.5 million. Interested persons may identify their interest in writing to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 12:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time, September 10, 2007. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this Notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
