The Government intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed Price Purchas e Order to Honeywell International Inc., a large business located in Morristown NJ, 07962. This Order is being awarded to provide the Government with ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene incorporated into Honeywells Shield technology for research and development purposes. The Government has a requirement to test and evaluate this composite material produced only by Honeywell using proprietary technology. As such, Honeywell is the only available source to satisfy the requirement.
