This is a notice of intent to issue an award to Gregory Poole Equipment Company, 5633 301 Hwy S, Hope Mills, NC 28348 to furnish all OEM parts, labor, transportation and any other item necessary to repair radiator and cooling system on a CAT D7F dozi er and to replace undercarriage and transmission sensor on a CAT D6R dozier. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or S ervices Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
