The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the following:
Item 0001: AC Power Adapter for TACLANE Micro only, qty of 50Item 0002: Trade-in of TACLANE-Mini for new design TACLANE-Micro KG-175D Encyptor, qty of 143Only the TACLANE KG-175D Encyptor and power supplies will meet the requirements. In accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the DEA intends to issue a purchase order under the test program described in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5. The following FAR Part 12.3 provisions and clauses are applicable to this acquisition: 52.212-1 (June 2008) Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-2 (Jan 1999) Evaluation-Commercial Items - Delivery and Price will be considered; 52.212-3 (Aug 2009) Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 52.212-4 (Mar 2009) Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5 (Apr 2010) Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. The additional clauses cited within this clause are applicable: 52.222-50, 52.233-3, 52.233-4, 52.203-6, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232-31, 52.232-33. The Governm! ent anticipates award of a single firm fixed price purchase order. All sources shall submit a quote which will be evaluated. Quotes shall be submitted electronically to [email protected]. Closing date for receipt of quotes is July 20, 2010 at 2:00pm.
