The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to General Dynamics C4 Systems for the purchase of 35 TACLANE KG-175D Micro Encryptors, Part# MC-10901-2. Only the TACLANE KG-175D will meet the requirements
and this is only available through a single source. The proposed purchase order is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with General Dynamics C4 Systems under authority 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-1. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price purchase order. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes. Closing date is September 28, 2009 at 12:00noon.
