NOTICE OF INTENT. The Nevada Army National Guard intends to award on a sole source basis, a firm-fixed price purchase order to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Symmetricom, Inc., 3750 Westwind blvd, Santa Rosa, CA 95403-1053 to procure Qty 3 Symmetricom XLiSAASM GIBGRAM IU Time and Frequency systems (PN: 602-HAE-GBGRAM-100, Options: 1,5,10 MHz Sinewave (PN: 86-8008); Frequency Measurement (PN: 87-8025); Yime Interval/event Timing (PN: 87-7026); L1/L2 GPS Antenna W.50' Coax (PN: 142-613-50). This item has been identified as required to support sponsoring agency. Symmetricom Inc is the OEM and does not have any distributors or resellers of this item. The Configuration Control board for the system has configuration control of all parts and assemblies associated with the system. The government intends to fulfill this requirement with only one source in accordance with FAR 13.501(a). The government contemplates to make an award by 8 August 2008. If a firm believes it is capable of meeting the Government's requirement, it may identify their interest and capability to the Contract Specialist within ten (10) days of this publication. Those interested firms must indicate withether they are a large, small, small-disadvantaged, 8(a), or women owned business and whether they are U.S. or foreighn-owned. See Note 22.
