The U. S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with PANalytical Inc., 12 Michigan Dr, Natick, MA 01760-1316. The contractor shall repair, disasse mble and reinstall x-ray machinery. PANalytical is the manufacturer of this instrument and has exclusive knowledge and background in the disassembly, installation and repair of this instrument. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 238290 and the size standard is $13 million.
