The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Bragg intends to issue a solicitation for a Strong Bonds Retreat for Military Families, 20-22 February 2009, Myrtle Beach, SC. The Contractor will be responsible for providing 25 rooms with double beds to accommodate 50 adults. One (1) conference room for adults is required from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday, 20 February 2009; 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM, Saturday, 21 February 2009; and 8:00 AM to 1:00PM; and Sunday, 22 February, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Two (2) conference rooms for children are required. Conference rooms must be modern, clean and available with the following items: The adult conference room shall have a Projection screen with digital projector with audio; large TV with DVD player. The childrens conference rooms shall have one (1) large TVs with one (1) DVD players. Refreshments will be required for both the adult and child conference rooms on the dates and times as follows: 10:00 AM on Saturday, 21 February and 10:00 AM on Sunday, 22 February. Refreshments for the adult conference room shall consist of fruit, muffins, assorted pastries, coffee, juice and tea. Refreshments for the childrens conference rooms shall consist of fruit, muffins, assorted pastries, water, and juices. Meals will be required as follows: 20 February - dinner for 50adults and 20 children; 21 February breakfast for 50 adults and 20 children; lunch for 50 adults and 20 children; 22 February breakfast for 50 adults and 20 children; lunch for 50 adults and 20 children.
