Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, it is the Government's intent to award a sole source to Alyeska Resort Management Company, 1000 Arlberg Avenue, Girdwood, AK 99587 for 30 motel rooms, catering services for 60 adults and their accompanying children, conference room w/podium, screen, and microphone, and two rooms for childcare, all within one on-site location. Failure to award this requirement to the Alyeska Resort Management Company would result in a failure to increase soldier readiness by increasing skills in building and maintaining life-long relationships. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. All responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration by this agency. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
