The Army Contracting Agency, Fort Carson, Colorado intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Proactive Net Inc for maintenance to the proactive net analytical engine, including technical and help desk support. The maintenance is for exis ting Proactive Net software licenses. This is a sole source procurement using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures authority for Other Than Full and Open Competition FAR 6.302-1. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Proactive Net Inc. Responses are due June 28, 2006 at 3:00 Mountain time.
