The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Institute of Diabetes, Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) intends to procure a Service Contract for Bruker Biospin Cryoplatform. Services to be performed: coverage and/or services for covered components of equipment listed above. The company shall provide a qualified engineer to provide maintenance as needed on the following cryoprobe/cyroplatform systems, as well as annual preventative maintenance on cryoplaforms. This action is under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(1), as set forth on FAR 6.302-1 and HHSAR 306-302-1. Only one responsible source and no other will satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received with 10 days after the publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Confidentiality - No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s).
