The BLM Oregon/Washington State Office has an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) approved project for Gerber Stew Stewardship project in Lakeview District, Oregon. It is the intent of the Government to award a task order on the existing IDIQ contract for stewardship services. The 10 year stewardship services and construction contract was awarded using the competitive process in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 15 for Contracting by Negotiations.
