Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1,the U.S.Army Soldier System Center,Natick Massachusetts intends to enter into noncompetitive negotiations with R & K Engineering,Inc of Roanoke,Virginia for the detailed site analysis of two options for future admin istration/R and D facility siting. This work needs the following knowledge: specific knowledge of and experience with Soldier System Center missions and interactions, knowledge of all Army DOD regulations with respect to construction of new infrastructure. Work performed shall include working closely with all SSC mission groups(about12) and updating previously received (and analyzed data) indicatingup-to-date information about space needs. This work needs the following knowledge: specific knowledge of and experience with SSC missions and their intricate interactions; knowledge of all Army DoD Regulations with respect to space and space allocation. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract. Nothing herein should be construed as a request for proposal. Request for proposal document does not exist.
