Under the authority of FAR 13.5, the U.S. Army, REDCOM, Natick Contracting Division, Kansas Street, Natick, MA on behalf of the United States Army Soldier System Center, Natick, MA intends to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis to B & B Microscopes, LTD, 535 Rochester Rd., Pittsburgh PA 15237-1747. This purchase is for the following Olympus Microscopes: Olympus IX71, CKX31, CKX41, BX41, BX45 and BX51. The interface requirements that are consistent with current existing products in the Clinical and Research areas. These Microscopes are based on existing service maintenance contract agreements.
