The US Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with LECO Corporation, 3000 Lakeview Avenue, St. Joseph, MI 49085-2396 for (1) a Preventive Maintenance check, and testing for the Pegasus GC-TOFMS and; (2) a Preventive Maintenance Agreement (PMA) for the Pegasus GC-TOFMS for an anticipated period of performance of October 1st, 2005 through September 30th, 2006. LECO Corporation is the Original Equipment M anufacturer (OEM) and maintains proprietary rights for the replacement parts and software component of Pegasus instrument. This award is subject to the availability of funds. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with LECO Corporation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811219 and the size standard is $ 6.0 million dollars in average annual receipts over the last three years. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This data must be sufficient enough to allow the government to evaluate the information relative to the above requirements.
