The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to National Law Enforcement Telecommunications (NLETS) located in Phoenix, AZ to the El Paso Intelligence Center for the annual renewal of online services for the peri
od of October 1, 2009 - September 30, 2010. The proposed renewal purchase order is for supplies / services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with NLETS under authority 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. A Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for NLETS. The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed price purchase order.
