The Bureau of Reclamation intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Integrated Security Resources, 1403 Main Street, Meridian, ID 83642, for Millennium and Vicon maintenance and support at the Middle Snake Field Office (MSFO) and Upper Snake Field Office (USFO) of the Snake River Area. This requirement provides for up to 4 hours per month of phone or on-site support as well as annual software upgrades. This agreement also covers hardware maintenance support, replacing equipment according to the "Annual Replacement Schedule," should it fail. The period of performance will be one base year plus four option years. The NAICS code is 561621 with a small business size standard of $20.5 million. Pursuant to the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), the Contracting Officer may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available.
