These products are manufactured using Aphios patented technolo gies, are free of toxic organic solvents, environmentally friendl and truly natural. This is not a formal solicitation. This synopsis is not considered a Request for Quotation or Proposal. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers receied in resp onse to this notice. An response tothisnotice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase will be awarded without further notice. A deter mination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract price based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
