NAICS Code 485111 The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 4, intends to award a sole source fixed price contract to the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) to acquire monthly rideshare passes for EPA employees in Atlanta, GA, and the surrounding areas served by MARTA. The buses, trains, and/or vans will transport employees to and from designated areas to and from the US EPA, 61 Forsyth St., SW, Atlanta, GA. The period of performance will be January 1, 2012 thru December 31, 2012. This acquisition meets the criteria for the Federal Employees Clean Air Incentives Act of 1993, and the Federal Workforce Transportation Executive Order #EO13150. The authority for this sole source procurement is FAR Part 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This announcement is not a solicitation, quotes are not being requested and a solicitation will not be issued. A determination by the Gover nment not to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
