The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for maintenance on License Plate Reader (LPR) trailers in Texas located in Falfurrias, TX, C-29 Laredo, TX, and South Padre Island, TX. This shall include data collection, ground truthing, data
analysis, and configuring the LPRs for a newly designed Texas license plate. The period of performance is 3/1/10 - 2/28/11. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price purchase order based on best value in accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is anticipated to be a sole source purchase order to Perceptics LLC. A justification is on file. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated.
