Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, the U.S. Army RDECOM Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, Natick, MA intends to award a Firm fixed Price Purchase Order to UMASS Donahue Institute of Shrewsbury MA for Lean Six Sigma Training. A determ ination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract is based solely on the Donahue Institutes full understanding of the various business centers located at the Natick Soldier systems center and its ability to tailor the training to the installa tions need. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
