THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE KLAMATH STEW IDIQ CONTRACT. This is not a solicitation. The BLM Oregon/Washington State Office has an American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) approved project for juniper removal. It is the intent of the Government to award a task order on the existing IDIQ contract for juniper removal, yarding and road work. This five year contract was awarded using the competitive process in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 15, Negotiated Procurements. The awarded contract L10PC00528 was to Quicksilver Contracting. The Task order will be firm fixed price. PROJECT INFORMATION: Work under this contract consists of juniper removal in the Dog Hollow, FTZ 95-71, Pine Creek/Copeland, Schnipps & Horse Camp Rim units via mechanical means, yarding of the material, temporary road construction, maintenance and spot rocking.
