U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity intends to award to Nova Laboratories a Purchase Order for the procurement of production of XR1 devices. The government believes that Nova Laboratories is the only organization that covers the acquisit ion of services for manufacturing of DNA vaccine for Hantaan Virus to be used in a Phase 1 human clinical study of a gene-gun delivered DNA Vaccine for Hantaan virus. Nova Laboratories Limited is the only known source to possess the data rights required to manufacture the requisitioned devices. If another company can provide this service please respond by email to [email protected] by noon June 29, 2005.
