The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1) with NCS Corporation, 1385 West Goodale Blvd., Columbus, OH 43212. The contractor shall provide LMP-2 000 Halocarbon Monitor with shipping case and conversion to use with vertrel. The monitors are proprietary to NCS Corporation and only NCS has the technical expertise to make the necessary conversion and upgrades to their equipment. The North American Indu stry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334516 and the size standard is 750.
