The Government intends to award sole source utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures to: Camfil Farr, Inc., 200 Creekside Drive, Washington, NC 27889. The proposed contract action is for HEPA filters with AG-1 media and face guards. The NAICS is 333411 with a size standard of 500. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit propos als. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received by September 25, 2006. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon response s to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government.
