The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of HQDA, Center of Military History intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-5 Authorized or required by statute to Afikim Foundation, 111 John Street, Suite 1720, New York, NY 10038-3114 to present a program displaying the prominent role of the U.S. Army played in the liberation of Nazi death camps as directed by Congress. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of one year.

This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
