The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the acquisition of: Line Item 1: M320A1 40mm Grenade Launcher with SAM - qty of 15 - TO INCLUDE Adapter Kit for AG-M4 MWS - qty of 15; and Sling UMP, G36, SL8, USC 25 MM Wide - qty of 15.
The weapons system must already be approved by the DEA Office of Training. This is anticipated to be a sole source purchase order to Heckler and Koch Defense, Inc. under authority 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.303-2(a)(12). The Government anticipates the award of a firm fixed price purchase order. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Responses must be submitted electronically to [email protected]. Quotes must be in by August 21, 2009 at 12:00noon.
