The US Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-New Jersey), Picatinny Arsenal, N.J. 07806-5000 on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager for Combat Ammunition Systems intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) sole source modification under the current contract, W15QKN-07-C-0102 for the FMU-153/B with L-3 Fuze Ordnance Systems (FOS), for an additional 24,000 FMU-153/B fuzes. The U.S. Army intends to satisfy this requirement utilizing the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), Only One Responsible Source No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) (ii)(B), unacceptable delays.
