The North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office, 6900 Georgia Ave. NW, Washington, DC intends to negotiate with ERBE-USA Inc., 2225 Northwest Parkway, Marietta, GA 30067 to provide ERBE Electrosurgical System and Argon Plasma Coagulation Unit. The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)2. The Government believes that only one responsible source can provide the supplies/services that will satisfy the agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Contracting Officer not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
