NOTICE OF INTENT. The Regional Contracting Office, Fort Richardson, Alaska intends to issue a sole source award to Gravograph, for the purchase of an IS200 Software and Computer/Scanner Engraving System. The Government intends to acquire this equipment using commercial services under FAR Part 12 and intends to place the purchase order pursuant to FAR Part 13.106-l(b), which allows for the acquisition of services determined to be reasonably available from only one source.
