NA The proposed contract action is for purchase and installation of one (1) RAM DPS 3000 – high volume dense particle separator, manufactured by Pauli Systems Inc. Equipment is intended for use in conjunction with existing equipment to separate particulates from plastic media used to perform aircraft depainting processes at a Government facility in San Angelo, TX. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), this acquisition will be solicited from a single source, US Technology Corporation. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The North American Industry Classification System Code applicable to this acquisition is 421830. The small business size standard is 100 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received within five days after date of publication of this synopsis. The tentative issue date is 11 June 2002 with a tentative closing date of 17 June 2002.
