The United States Army Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) has a requirement for Cytokine and Chemokine Panel Assays. The North American Industry Classification System Code applicable to this work is 325413 with a size standard of 5 00 employees. The purposed work was intended for Meso Scale Diagnostics, 9238 Gaither Road, Gaithersburg, Maryland. Meso was proposed because of their high throughput, multiplexed immunoassay platform based on Multi-Array technology. This technology pro vides state of the art performance in measuring immune system biomarkers. Meso will perform chemokine and cytokine assays as well as IgG and IgM serology assays on 900 serum samples. This is not a request for a competitive quote. Any response to this noti ce must be submitted in writing to the Government providing clear and convincing evidence that the contractor is capable of performing the technical requirements and that competition of this and future requirements of this nature would be advantageous to t he Government. Your response should include your company qualifications, experience, past performance and proposed costs or pricing for this or similar work. All responses will be considered, but the Contracting Officer retains the right to determine the procurement strategy, based on available information. If no written responses are received by 3:00 PM eastern standard time on September 27, 2007, the contract will be awarded without further notice.
