Building must be located near the Fernando Luis Rivas Dominichi Airport, Isla Grande, Puerto Rico or Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport, Carolina, Puert o Rico. Building must have facilities to accomodate 9 vehicles and office space for 22 persons. Also must provide security 24 hour a day-seven days a week.
