This opportunity is available only to small business contractors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database with a NAICS code 423320, Brick Stone and Related Merchant Wholesalers. This is not a solicitation. The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement for supply and delivery of aggregate baserock for the Hollister Field Office, Hollister, CA 95023. It is the intent of the Government to award a purchase order. The Solicitation Number will be L10PS01849, which will be posted to FedConnect on or about 13 Jan 2010. Receipt of an award is contingent on the recipient's ability to meet the requirements in Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act.
