NA It is the intent of the Army Corps of Engineers to negotiate a sole-source basis pursuant authority FAR 6.302-1 (b) (2), contract with Dr. Richard Fox, a small business. Work consists of classifying collections, quantification and measurements, function al, temporal and manufacturer's analysis, record information in database and report findings. The materials must be classified and analyzed according to methods and procedures established during the first phase of this work. Under the original 1997 contr act, Mr. Fox provided highly specialized and specified methods and procedures to analyze artifacts recovered from Fort Ellsworth during the first phase. Mr. Richard Fox is the only source known that can complete the effort required and meet the completio n schedule.
