The National Park Service, ConOps West, has a requirement to Rehabilitate Stovepipe Wells Reverse Osmosis Treatment Building in Death Valley National Park.
The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 237110 with a size standard of $45 million. This acquisition will be handled as an IFB prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subparts 14 and 36. This project will be solicitated as 100% small business set-aside. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. The project magnitude is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Place of performance will be Death Valley National Park, Inyo County, CA.
The official solicitation and its attachments will be issued on/or about June 20, 2025, and will be posted to SAM.gov.
The contracting office will not provide hardcopies of the solicitation.
REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have a Unique Entity ID (UEI). Also, the offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), website at http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications at the time of the solicitation close date.
