This PROJECT IS A STANDARD LOW BID PROJECT and includes: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION The work under this Contract shall generally consist of, but not necessarily be limited to, providing all labor, material, devices, tools and equipment required for the repaving of Warehouse Road consisting of excavate and repair full depth in areas (approx. 4,800 CY), replace 4 culverts with HDPE and construct rip rap channels, mill asphalt (approx. 80,000SF), full depth repave (approx. 13,200 SF), overlay of milled areas, backup stone, seed and restore, and line painting. Work shall be in total accordance with the specifications and drawings and subject to the terms and conditions of all other Contract Documents.
