Summary: Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 5, is issuing this request for information/sources sought notice in order to identify vendors that are interested in and capable of providing Work Uniform Rental and Laundry Services for the Martinsburg VA Medical Center (VAMC). Description of Work: The Contractor shall provide work uniform rental and laundry service for identified employees in the Facilities Management Service at the Veteran s Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) campus in Martinsburg, WV. Uniforms that are Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliant with respect to National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70E are flash level two protection are needed for workers on a daily basis. As part of their work assignments, these personnel may expectedly come in contact with live, electronically energized parts. Estimated uniform amounts are as follows: Shop Est# Employees # uniforms Arc Flash Rating (Level I/ Level II/None) Electric Shop 8 11 Level II AC Shop 4 11 Level II Plumbing Shop 11 11 Level II Chiller Plant 6 11 Level II Boiler Plant 5 11 Level II Water Plant 4 11 Level II Carpentry Shop 13 11 Level I Ground Shop 7 11 None Transportation 21 11 None 2nd Shift Maint. Shop 6 11 Level II Period of Performance: The base period of performance is projected to be 10/1/2025-9/30/2026, with potential for 4 option years. See attached Draft Statement of Work for additional details. Interested & Capable Responses: NCO 5 is seeking responses from entities that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources, capabilities, and qualifications necessary to provide the services required for Work Uniform Rental and Laundry Services for the Martinsburg VAMC. Capability statement and summary of previous experience providing these types of services for the Veterans Health Administration or other similar facilities. Available contract vehicles (GSA FSS, etc.) for use by Department of VA (include applicable NAICS) Brief Summary of categories of services that your company can/cannot provide. Certification(s) / Licenses for meeting the local requirements to provide these services at the Martinsburg VAMC and associated CBOCs (if applicable) Confirmation that your organization has the capability & expertise to meet the performance requirements while complying with applicable limitations in subcontracting by responding to the questions below with your response: Do you intend to self-perform this effort? If you are located outside the immediate area, how will you self-perform? Or, do you intend to subcontract work under this contract? If you intend to subcontract work under this contract, how will you ensure compliance with the limitations on subcontracting?
