The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) issues solicitation N00024-25-R-4408 for the execution of the USS KANSAS CITY (LCS 22) and USS STOCKDALE (DDG 106), planned for fiscal year 2026 (FY26) Docking Selected Restricted Availabilities (DSRA). The USS KANSAS CITY (LCS 22) will compete on a coast-wide basis, without limiting the place of performance to the vessels homeport. The Government will be limiting competition of the USS STOCKDALE (DDG 106) to offerors capable of performing the availability in the San Diego homeport area.The Government anticipates the award of two (2) separate Firm-Fixed-Price contracts in January 2026, each to complete one of the following Chief of Naval Operations (CNO)-scheduled depot availabilities planned for fiscal year 2026.This solicitation is issued electronically via PIEE and interested offerors should monitor the PIEE/SAM.gov page for any applicable solicitation amendments, thereafter.
