A) Purpose and Description of Services Contractor will provide ultrasound services to Porterville Developmental Center (PDC) clients. Contractor providing services must have expertise in the field of Ultrasound Services. Contractor needs to be familiar with the special needs of the developmentally disabled. See Exhibit A of the IFB for the description of required services. The terms of this Agreement will be August 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028. Bidder Minimum Qualifications All bidders must meet the following requirements to be considered responsible and responsive to this IFB. 1. Bidder must have a minimum of 5 years experience in performing ultrasounds. 2. Bidder must be ARDMS Certified to perform ultrasounds. 3. Bidder must be able to supply all specified items and services to Porterville Developmental Center (PDC) in accordance with the attached Sample Agreement. 4. Bidder must be able to respond within 30 minutes of stat ultrasounds.
