LEASE TERM:
Up to 17 years.
HOW TO OFFER:
Interested parties must use the Leasing Portal at https://leasing.gsa.gov. This web-based platform allows registered participants to submit and update offers in response to Requests for Lease Proposals (RLPs) during designated timeframes known as “Open Periods.”
To begin, visit the site and click “Register to Offer Space” to create an account. Instructional guides and video tutorials are available under the Resources section of the homepage. Once registered, you may enter or modify offers during an Open Period. Draft offers cannot be submitted after the Open Period closes and will not be considered.
The Open Period for July runs from July 1, 2025 to July 7, 2025, ending at 7:30 p.m. Eastern.
All current RLPs associated with this notice—including 10-year/5-year firm term RLPs and those organized by region—are accessible on the site. Use the “Request for Lease Proposals” link and select the appropriate dropdown for your region or RLP term type to search.

Visit https://sam.gov and search for active lease-related opportunities by region or location.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

SAM registration should be initiated as soon as possible. Refer to RLP Clause 3.06, Item 7.
The Government may award multiple leases to satisfy new requirements or to compete expiring leases. Specific requirements will be identified following the close of the Open Period.
Lease awards will be made without negotiations to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer, based on RLP
