It will support District 7¿s CAT Plan (2022) and contribute to the goals of the State Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan ¿ Toward an Active California (2017). The primary outcomes of the Study include: 1. A report outlining strategies to address gaps and barriers within the LA River Trail. 2. A public engagement summary detailing internal, external, and community partner involvement. 3. A web map to inform the public of the Study's focus areas and serve as a geodatabase for location-based needs. 4. Identification of critical funding opportunities and relevant competitive factors for each.
