Opportunity Summary This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish contracts with a qualified pool of professional independent contractors to provide staff exams and evaluation services to 14 locations in Oregon. It is anticipated that this solicitation effort will result in multiple contract awards to provide Services at all locations within the State of Oregon. These contracts will provide Services to: - Location #1: Two Rivers Correctional Institution located in Umatilla County - Location #2: Eastern Oregon Correctional Institution located in Umatilla County - Location #3: Deer Ridge Correctional Institution located in Jefferson County - Location #4: Powder River Correctional Facility located in Baker County - Location #5: Snake River Correctional Institution located in Malheur County - Location #6: Warner Creek Correctional Facility located in Lake County - Location #7: Columbia River Correctional Facility located in Multnomah County - Location #8: Coffee Creek Correctional Facility located in Multnomah County - Location #9: Shutter Creek Correctional Institution located in Coos County - Location #10: South Fork Forest Camp located in Tillamook County - Locations #11-14: Oregon State Penitentiary (OSP), Oregon State Correctional Facility (OSCI), Mill Creek Correctional Facility (MCCF) and Santiam Correctional Institution (SCI) all located in Marion County. Services are anticipated to begin upon execution of a contract and continued for one or more year increments. Contract may be renewed for additional periods. Proposers meeting the required qualifications and accepting the AGENCY payment allowance may be issued a contract. Agency guarantees a minimum of one evaluation. The RFP, including all Addenda and attachments, is published in the Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN) at "http://www.orpin.oregon.gov". RFP documents will not be mailed to prospective Proposers. Prospective Proposers without access to ORPIN may review the solicitation document at the Oregon Department of Corrections, 3601 State Street, Suite 280, Salem, OR 97301-5780.
