The scope of this project is to remove the existing open cooling tower, heat exchange, boiler, condenser water pumps, and kitchen water heater in the existing mechanical room/tower yard at St. James Middle School. This equipment will be replaced with a new high efficiency condensing boiler, new closed circuit evaporative cooler, variable speed condenser water pumps and a high efficiency, instantaneous kitchen water heater.
