The renovation includes renovation of the 3,777 sq. ft. pool area, and 9,553 sq. ft. of Senior Center within the existing recreation and fitness center. Limited exterior work will be performed includes new exterior hollow metal doors and frames, new canopies, new translucent fiberglass sandwich panel, portion of new standing seam metal roof exterior openings, masonry repair, painting of existing exterior wall, gutters, downspouts, doors, canopies and aluminum window frames, minor sitework and parking lot striping.
