Project consists of the selective demolition of JC Penney Building – South, the alterations, renovations and construction of new offices on the ground and second floors in JC Penney Building – South. A prebid meeting will be held at 10:30 A.M, C.T., June 12th at the J.C. Penney Building. All interested bidders are invited to attend this meeting. There is active construction in this building so interested bidders should wear appropriate PPE.
