The Cheyenne Regional Airport is owned and operated by the Cheyenne Regional Airport Board. The airport is looking for architectural and engineering services to help lead and develop projects for the Old Terminal (building 25). The Cheyenne Regional Airport Board is hereby requesting proposals from qualified, professional architectural and/or engineering consulting services in Wyoming to assist with state and locally funded projects at the Cheyenne Regional Airport involving building 25. The Cheyenne Airport Board is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Experience from consulting firms to provide project specific architectural and engineering services for the Cheyenne Regional Airport’s Old Terminal (building 25). This RFQ will be a two-step process. The first will be an evaluation of firms’ qualifications and experience. The second will be to negotiate a firm scope of services and associated fair and reasonable pricing from the top-rated firm. Statements of Qualifications and Experience must be received at the address listed below no later than 2:00 pm, local time, on July 17, 2025. Scope of Services Contractors shall be required to provide architectural and engineering services to include the following areas: Cheyenne Regional Airport Old Terminal (building 25) Rehabilitation Projects include but are not limited to: Roof awning replacement, general interior renovations, HVAC, shop space, restaurant space, future FBO space, window replacement and electrical, plumbing and structural surfaces. The selected firm must be familiar with The Secretary of The Interior’s Standards For The Treatment Of Historic Properties . The projects listed above are scheduled to begin in the year 2025. All design and engineering services must be performed/provided in accordance with state and local guidelines. Not all projects related to this building will be required to use architectural and engineering services and therefore the airport reserves the right to proceed with projects without using the awarded contractor. However, this intent does not commit the Board to award a contract to any Respondent, or to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the proposal in response to this request, or to procure or contract for any services. The Board reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to (a) accept or reject in part or in its entirety any proposal received as a result of this RFQ if it is in the best interest of the Board to do so; (b) award one or more contracts to one or more qualified Respondents if necessary, to achieve the objectives of this RFQ and if it is in the best interest of the Board to do so. The Board maintains the option to expand these types of services to other Board projects, departments, and divisions as needed.
