The City of Eagle Pass (“CITY”) is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive landscape, groundskeeping, and turf maintenance services at various City-owned locations, including but not limited to parks, municipal buildings, rights-of-way, and the Eagle Pass Sports Complex. The CITY intends to establish a contract with a qualified individual, firm, or corporation to deliver turnkey services , including all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to maintain both natural and synthetic turf areas as well as surrounding landscaped environments. Specific service schedules, frequencies, and location maps will be provided as part of the awarded contract. Award of the contract will be based on the evaluation criteria outlined within this RFP.
